Instant Japanese soup made with red miso (aka miso), which has a more intense and deep flavor.
Ingredients (general):
Fermented soybean paste (miso), seaweed, tofu, and seasonings. (May vary depending on the packet)
Preparation:
- Dissolve 1 packet in approx. 160 ml of hot water.
- Mix well and consume hot.
Usage:
Ideal as a starter, side dish, or quick light meal.
